Kim Canducci Joins RE/MAX Spectrum

We are excited to announce that Kim Canducci has joined the Plymouth office of RE/MAX Spectrum. Kim is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst. From 2002-2008 she co-owned a real estate agency in Southeastern Massachusetts and was featured in Billion Dollar Agent – Lessons Learned, a collection of interviews with 70 top real estate agents who have sold over $1 billion in their career, or are on track to do so.  She also co-hosted the Smart Home Buying Show on WBSM, was a featured guest on Law Talk, a live call-in show about real estate, and produced the Smart Home Buyer Seminars for four years.  Most recently, she was invited to author chapters in two real estate books: Answers from Experts on Selling a Home, and Answers from Experts on Buying a Home, both available on Amazon.
